It’s time for an update with some great tracks and remixes… just in time for the weekend!

The Bloody Beetroots are dropping a new ep on December 8th, and I think everyone should get it. I’ve posted the three songs below, and a pretty sick video is included in the official release.
Here is another sick mix from Sam La More of the ever fabulous Sneaky Sound System…
I found a bunch of remixes by Sam La More that are pretty sick. They’ve got a bit of the Hook ‘N Sling vibe goin on that keep you into the track all the way through… Here’s a remix of Lover Electric’s Honey and the original track, I Wish It Could Last.

Check out the latest from local DJ AFX in his early release of the December Global Trancemission.

Here is a selection of tracks that keep the beat going all night. Often heard at Gorgamish… Thanks to C.T. for the track list!

This weekend was a messy one, and a good Sunday internet sesh was in order to round up some new to me, and new in general tracks. Check it out…

Tittsworth isn’t satisfied just releasing a new single. No, he just dropped a SICK mixtape that you don’t want to miss. No I’m serious. Download it. Listen to it. Thank me later.

Tittsworth teamed up with Pitbull and Nina Sky for the newest release off his upcoming album. Quite a few mixes of this song out there, I’ve included all the ones currently on Beatport below.

Dada Life, who are currently on tour with Tiesto, have released their November 2009 mixtape, including some new unreleased tracks and remixes. Also included is a new mix of Let’s Get Bleeped Tonight. Track List after the jump

I’m gonna try to do a massive update every friday, one post with everything I’ve come across in the past week that I haven’t posted for one reason or another. This week is no exception, with plenty of stuff that needs to be heard by the world!

Just A Band is a trio from Kenya making sweet electro music. I just recently found them and thought I’d share a few songs I enjoy.

Duck Sauce is a collaboration between Armand Van Helden and A-Track that’s been getting some attention lately. The single aNYway has been popular, and more stuff should be coming out soon! Some samples of their stuff below.

Def Starr: 1 x Just Johnny 1 x Marco Fiasco 1 x Second Letter = ENJOY MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/thedefstarr I just found this and am loving the vibe. Check it out!

Wolfgang Gartner is coming back to Vancouver, and playing another show at The Modern in Gastown. I’m going to give away a pair of tickets to the show, so leave a comment here and we’ll pick someone at random a week before the show. Here’s the line-up last time, crazy show, come early!

Dirty South is coming to Vancouver’s Celebrities Nightclub on November 13, 2009 Clubzone Event Page Check out some tracks:

Rob Paul is a local DJ/Producer who’s gonna be dropping his first album soon (SMOKE MACHINES AND LAZER BEAMS). Below is a sample of the stuff he’s been producing, which range from hip-hop over electro beats to progressive house and even trance. Good mix of genres here, give it a listen, and check him out [...]
A catchy new remix from DJ AFX!

Once again the week is coming to an end and it’s about time to party it up. It’s not a party without a completely random assortment of music, so here goes!
Another good track from Tiësto! I’ve gone back and forth on whether I like where he’s taking his music these days, but this song is awesome and definitely gets my approval.

I’m slow to put this up because to be honest, I didn’t like it the first time I heard it. For some reason though I listened to it a bunch more and now I like it. Also gonna throw up a whole bunch more stuff that I’ve come across today as I hit the blogs [...]

Just found this song, which will be Muse’s second single from their new album. I can’t find any version other than the Pete Tong radio rip, so if someone has a clean version PLEASE EMAIL ME. Single will be released November 16th on iTunes.

So DJ Hero is like guitar hero but you act as a DJ. Personally I think it looks kinda dumb, but there ARE some good mixes included in the game. Two of better mashups are included below, and are surprisingly good.

Filtering through my music on a daily basis I’ve noticed that there’s some songs that get remixed SO many times it’s almost silly. That said, I’m impressed that DJs are still able to add a unique touch to these done to death songs.
Well, between halloween and hangovers I’ve been lazy. Not too lazy to find music, but just too lazy to post it. Below is everything I’ve been meaning to put up since the weekend, which is quite a bit. Once again a big mix, some new some not, but check it allll out!

I just realized that there hasn’t been an update in two days. No good. Got some stuff I’ve been meaning to throw up, so this is gonna be a big cluster-fuck mixed bag of a post. Enjoy.

This is a great song, and there’s plenty of good mixes that have come out in the year since its release. Three mixes I’ve got are below, along with the original.

I just love dubstep, so here’s a few of the dubstep songs on my playlist today.

I listened to a bunch of new songs today (some new, some new to me) and I’m putting up all the ones I liked. Lots of variation, so listen to them all!

The original song is certainly interesting, and I love what The Bloody Beetroots did with it. I freakin love The Bloody Beetroots.
I really like this song, and of course this video. Livin’ the life!
It’s 3:54pm on Friday afternoon here in the rainy Vancouver, BC and I couldn’t be more ready for the weekend. I was feelin’ some Calvin Harris to put me in the weekend mood, so thought I’d link up the Fake Blood remix and music video…

Two mixes of this song and the original to listen to today. Song is from the Toxic Is Dead EP released Sept 15th on IHEARTCOMIX Records.
A very trancey heavy beat track from Alex Gaudino, hadn’t heard it before until this evening! This one goes up as the answer to a request by Dan. Cheers!
Nothing new here, but here’s a couple songs I was listening to this morning and thought I’d throw up. Got some Deadmau5 vs. MSTRKRFT, Wale vs. Justice, and a HQ mp3 version of the Black Noise video posted a few days ago.

Crystal Castles are coming to Vancouver this Thursday! Tickets are still available for the show at Caprice nightclub on Granville, and are only $15 each! More info/links and a couple of my favorite Crystal Castles songs after the jump.
Two mixes of Chromeo’s Night by Night that I’ve been listening to. I think I prefer the Tremulance mix, but I’ve thrown them both up for your listening pleasure.
I’d never really heard of GTRONIC until I heard Warp 1.9, and then today I heard their mix of Trash Yourself’s song Die. GTRONIC is sometimes referred to as DubStep, but I wouldn’t call it that. Listen and see for yourself. Both are included below, along with GTRONIC’s Suck My Lolipop.
Fedde Le Grand has been dropping this in the clubs over the past year, and now that Fatboy Slim has given his seal of approval the song is available in HQ!
Not a new song, but I’ve been listening to a few different mixes of this song lately and thought I’d throw a couple of the ones I like up, along with the original.
I’m really liking everything that Designer Drugs is putting out lately, this song included.
Wasn’t sure if I liked this song when I first heard it, but after hearing it on non-blown speakers I think it’s great.
The mau5tro added his style to this Daft Punk classic giving it a great lead up before the drop and a more trancey feel than the original’s electro synth.

Aryan is a local DJ blending up some of the latest in trance and progressive for his “Global Trancemission” episodes. Check this out after the break. For more information or inquiries, check out his Facebook Page
Catchy song, nothing to hardcore here.
I love this craaazy video. Song is good too. Thanks to Jack for finding this.
This seems to be a bit more progressive than the original version of deadmau5/Kaskade – I Remember. Almost a Laidback Luke style to the build ups and scattered drops.

This is a fantastic song, even the original. There’s a ton of different mixes out there, and I’ve only heard one mix so far I didn’t like (Crookers mix, its shit).
I’ve been listening to mixes of this song and just came across this one today.
Found a 320kbps version in the wild, so here it is!
Those crazy Australians really know how to make Electro-pop.
I love finding music on random blogs that aren’t in English.
I’ve found two mixes of this song and both are dope. First is Wolfgang Gartner and the second is Laidback Luke.
Not usually a huge DnB fan, but this mix of Holiday is by far the best. If only the Laidback Luke version was this good .
Another mix of this song, because it’s fucking awesome. I don’t know which I prefer, the A-Trak remix or this one.
This song is just awesome, Lily Allen is so subtly sarcastic it’s great. There’s about a thousand mixes of this song, but this one is by far my favorite.
Found this today as well. Kind of interesting, worth sharing.
Finding a clean (not BBC Radio) version of this song was a bitch, so this one has a slightly different intro. Enjoy…
